Wesley has dedicated four floors of our medical center for the care of women. One of these floors is solely for patients recovering from hysterectomy, breast cancer surgery, and other operations. The specially trained nurses and staff on this floor received the Quality of Life Nursing Award in recognition of their excellent and compassionate care.

You may already know that Wesley is the "Baby Hospital", with more children born here than anywhere in Kansas and a 13-state region. Through Maternal Fetal Services we also care for women who have pregnancy complications.

Wesley offers two locations for baby's arrival. Our freestanding Birth Care Center features 20 large suites where families are welcome to stay for labor, delivery and recovery. Women with higher risk deliveries find the same family-centered care inside the hospital.
